Enact API Platform Upgrade (2026)

We have upgraded the Enact API platform to improve reliability, resilience, and performance. This release introduces new base URLs routed through Azure Front Door with built-in failover and enhanced availability.

🚨 What’s changed

All API services have moved to new unified Enact endpoints:

🐍 Python SDK upgrade required

If you are using the LCPDelta Python package, you must upgrade to:

Version ≥ 2.2.1

Earlier versions reference legacy endpoints and will not work after deprecation.

Upgrade command:

python -m pip install --upgrade LCPDelta

⚙️ Why we made this change

These new endpoints are now served via Azure Front Door, providing:

Improved service reliability
Automatic failover routing
Reduced downtime during incidents
Improved performance and global routing

⏳ Migration timeline

Legacy endpoints will remain available temporarily for 1 month
Final retirement date: 04/09/2026

All clients must migrate before this date to avoid service disruption.
